TWO MAGNIFICENT COTTAGES ON ONE PROPERTY!
Emily’s House is located up on the old “Rising Hill” on Lakeshore Terrace in the town of Hague on New York’s beautiful Lake George. It was built in or about 1903 as with the four other homes surrounding it as 'the caretakers home" - part of the Dixon Graphite Mines. Truly a peaceful neighborhood sprinkled with summertimers and folks that live there all year round. The Lake is a short walk down the hill, about 100 yards, just across Lakeshore Drive where you will find the Dockside Landing Marina. You can launch your boat or swim at the Hague Town Park Beach and launch site just a quarter mile down the road or rent a boat from the Dockside Marina!
Emily’s house has a newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances including: ceiling fans, electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator and a clothes washer and dryer.
The bath, as well, has been renovated taking care to save the old clawfoot tub which has been up-graded with a shower attachment.
Emily’s house has 3 bedrooms upstairs. Closets for all and all three have ceiling fans.
And, of course, there’s the wrap-around porch lined with Adirondack and wicker furniture ~ so kick back and enjoy the surroundings and the magnificent view!
